Microsoft Outlook 2024 MAK

Microsoft Outlook 2024 MAK – 500 Users: Definitive Volume Licensing for the Classic Desktop Email Client

Secure a controlled, predictable, and commercially transparent email client deployment across your organisation with a single perpetual licence. This Microsoft Outlook 2024 MAK for 500 users delivers the definitive desktop application for professional email, calendar, contacts, and task management, without the recurring costs, cloud dependencies, or continuous feature updates of a subscription service. It is a one-time purchase for a perpetual licence, activated via a Multiple Activation Key (MAK) directly against Microsoft's hosted activation services. This model is purpose-built for IT administrators and procurement leads who need to equip a defined group of Windows users with a powerful, familiar productivity tool, while maintaining a clear, auditable record of every activation consumed. You are not buying a vague marketplace key or a promise of unlimited transfer rights; you are investing in a documented volume licensing product designed for stable, long-term operational use.

Key features and benefits

• Classic Outlook desktop application: Provides the full, locally installed Outlook 2024 client for Windows. Your team works within a familiar, high-performance interface for email, calendars, contacts, and tasks, independent of a web browser and with full offline capability.
• Perpetual licence model: A single purchase secures the right to use this software version indefinitely. You avoid the recurring annual or monthly operational expenditure of a Microsoft 365 subscription, offering predictable long-term budgeting and software asset management.
• Controlled MAK activation: The Multiple Activation Key activates each of the 500 installations directly with Microsoft's servers. This gives you a precise, auditable count of your consumed activations, eliminating the complexity and server infrastructure required to manage an on-premises Key Management Service (KMS) host.
• Seamless multi-account integration: Connect to Microsoft 365, Exchange Server, Outlook.com, Gmail, IMAP, and POP3 accounts. The application consolidates your communication channels into one powerful, unified inbox, streamlining daily workflows.
• Advanced calendar and task management: Go beyond basic scheduling. Create group calendars, manage delegated access, track tasks with follow-up flags, and use the To-Do bar to keep your day organised and your team aligned on project deadlines.
• Enhanced search and organisation: The modern Fluent interface, coupled with an improved search function, helps users instantly find emails, attachments, and calendar items. Focused Inbox intelligently separates high-priority mail from the rest, reducing information overload.
• Offline productivity: Download emails, calendar entries, and contacts to your local machine. You can read, compose, and organise information without an active internet connection, syncing automatically when you are back online, ensuring productivity during travel or network outages.
• Robust data security and recovery: Benefit from the latest security updates and improved recovery behaviour in the 2024 generation. Work with confidence knowing your local data is protected against modern threats and accidental file corruption.
• OpenDocument Format 1.4 support: Export and import calendar and contact data with improved fidelity using the latest ODF standard, enhancing interoperability with non-Microsoft productivity suites and meeting public sector compliance requirements.
• Deployment-ready for 500 users: This single SKU covers 500 distinct activations, simplifying procurement and licence management for medium-to-large teams, training labs, or departmental rollouts without the need to manage hundreds of individual keys.

What's included with your purchase

Your purchase from Distivo secures a genuine, verified Microsoft Outlook 2024 MAK volume licence for 500 users. This is a commercial, perpetual licence, not a subscription. Upon completing your order, you will receive a comprehensive digital delivery package containing everything needed for a compliant deployment.

The core of your purchase is the Multiple Activation Key (MAK) . This is a single, unique key that can activate the software on up to 500 distinct Windows devices. Each activation is recorded against Microsoft's activation servers, providing you with a transparent record of your licence consumption. This is distinct from a KMS key, which requires a local server, and from a Retail key, which is designed for consumer use. You also receive a direct, official download link to obtain the latest installation media from Microsoft, ensuring you start with a clean, unmodified source. A step-by-step activation guide is included, and your purchase is documented with a full VAT invoice, which is essential for business accounting and asset management. The licence is perpetual, meaning it does not expire, and is valid for the lifetime of the device on which it is installed.

System requirements / compatibility

Before deployment, please verify that your target machines meet these minimum specifications for Microsoft Outlook 2024. This standalone application is designed exclusively for Windows-based systems.

• Operating System: Windows 10 version 22H2 or Windows 11. It is not compatible with macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, or mobile operating systems.
• Processor: A 1.6 GHz or faster, 2-core processor is required. This ensures responsive performance for common tasks like searching large mailboxes and switching between calendar views.
• Memory: A minimum of 4 GB of RAM is necessary for stable operation, particularly when managing multiple accounts or large data files.
• Storage: You will need 4 GB of available disk space for the application installation and local data caching.
• Display: A screen resolution of at least 1280 x 768 pixels is required to render the Fluent interface correctly.
• Internet: A reliable internet connection is mandatory for the initial download, licence activation, and to receive security and quality updates. Ongoing connectivity is required for email functionality.
• Languages: The software supports installation in a wide range of languages, including English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Polish, Dutch, Italian, Czech, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Slovak, Slovenian, Croatian, Bulgarian, Estonian, Lithuanian, and Latvian.

Installation and activation

The process from purchase to productivity is designed to be swift and straightforward. After your payment is securely processed, your licence key and download instructions are delivered digitally. On average, Distivo customers receive their keys in under 60 seconds.

To begin, download the official Microsoft Outlook 2024 installation media using the link provided in your delivery email. Run the installer on a compatible Windows 10 or Windows 11 machine. When prompted, enter the MAK you received. The software will connect to Microsoft's activation service to validate the key and consume one activation from your pool of 500. This process requires an active internet connection. Should you encounter any difficulty, Distivo provides free multilingual technical support to assist with troubleshooting. As this is a perpetual licence, you are entitled to reinstall the software on the same device should you need to reformat or replace a hard drive, without consuming an additional activation.

FAQ — frequently asked questions

Is Microsoft Outlook 2024 MAK a subscription or a one-time purchase?

This is a one-time, perpetual purchase. You pay a single price to own the licence for Microsoft Outlook 2024. There are no recurring monthly or annual fees, and the software will not expire. This is fundamentally different from a Microsoft 365 subscription, which requires ongoing payments to maintain access.

What is the difference between a MAK, Retail, and OEM licence?

A MAK (Multiple Activation Key) is a volume licence designed for organisations, allowing a single key to activate software on a specified number of devices (500 in this case). A Retail key is for a single consumer and is often tied to a Microsoft account. An OEM key is pre-installed on a new PC by the manufacturer and its licence is tied to that original hardware, non-transferable.

How fast will I receive my licence key after purchase?

Delivery is nearly instant. On average, our automated system delivers the email containing your licence key, official download link, and VAT invoice in under 60 seconds after your payment is successfully processed and verified.

Is this a genuine and legal Microsoft licence?

Absolutely. Every licence sold by Distivo is sourced directly from authorised European distributors and is 100% genuine and verified by Microsoft. You will receive a valid VAT invoice, providing a complete audit trail for your software asset and ensuring full legal compliance for your business.

What should I do if I have trouble activating the software?

First, ensure your device meets the system requirements and has a stable internet connection. If activation fails, our free multilingual technical support team is available to help you diagnose and resolve the issue. We stand behind every licence we sell.

Can I reinstall this licence on a new computer or transfer it?

The MAK licence is designed to be installed on up to 500 distinct devices. You can typically reinstall on the same device without consuming a new activation. Transferring a licence from an old, decommissioned machine to a new one may be possible, but it is subject to Microsoft's activation server limits and is not an automatic right.

Does this version of Outlook work on a Mac?

No. This Microsoft Outlook 2024 MAK product is exclusively for Windows 10 (version 22H2) and Windows 11. It is not compatible with macOS. Mac users require Microsoft Outlook for Mac, which is available either as a standalone purchase or through a Microsoft 365 subscription.

What payment methods do you accept?

Distivo offers a secure, Stripe-powered checkout that accepts a wide variety of payment methods tailored for the European market. This includes major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), SEPA bank transfers, iDEAL, BLIK, and Google Pay.

Do you provide a VAT invoice for business purchases?

Yes, a detailed VAT invoice is automatically generated and included with your delivery email. This is essential for business accounting, tax deduction, and maintaining a compliant software asset register. B2B customers within the EU can often utilise the reverse-charge mechanism.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a full 14-day right of refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. If you have not activated the key and it remains unused, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. This guarantee ensures you can buy with complete confidence.

Does this licence include Word, Excel, or other Office apps?

No. This SKU is for Microsoft Outlook 2024 only. It is a standalone application licence and does not include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or any other component of the Microsoft Office suite. It is the ideal solution when you only need the classic desktop email client.

Is this the same as the Outlook in Microsoft 365?

The core desktop application is very similar, but the licensing model is entirely different. This is a fixed, perpetual version (Outlook 2024) with security updates but no new feature updates. The Outlook in a Microsoft 365 subscription is continuously updated with new features and includes cloud services like 1 TB of OneDrive storage, which this standalone licence does not.
