Question 1

What is Distivo and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Distivo is an online software shop. Browse the catalog and check the product’s licence and delivery conditions before ordering. Digital licence keys are sent by email; follow the instructions for your product to activate it.

Question 2

What should I compare when checking prices?

Accepted Answer

Compare the edition, licence type, device limit and term. Check the current product price and conditions rather than assuming that different offers include the same rights or services.

Question 3

Where can I check the licence conditions?

Accepted Answer

Check the licence type, permitted use and activation requirements on the product page. Contact support if you need documentation for a particular licence. Refund and withdrawal conditions are described in the linked policies.

Question 4

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Revolut Pay, Klarna, and various local payment methods depending on your region. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Question 5

What kind of support do you offer after purchase?

Accepted Answer

For help with installation or activation, check the help centre or contact support with your order number and error details. Available remedies depend on the product and the applicable warranty and complaints conditions.

Question 6

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Browse the products, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout to see available payment methods. Check the product’s delivery conditions before ordering.

Question 7

Where can I find licence details?

Accepted Answer

Check the licence type and permitted use on the product page. If you need documentation for a particular licence, contact support before ordering.

Question 8

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refund and withdrawal eligibility depends on the applicable terms and the circumstances of the order, including consent to supply digital content. Read the refund policy and right-of-withdrawal information before ordering.

Question 9

How do you protect my data?

Accepted Answer

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3) for all data transmission and AES-256 for data at rest. We're GDPR compliant and never share your data with unauthorized parties.
