Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 MAK - 1000 Users

Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 MAK – 1000 Users: Predictable, One-Time Presentation Software for Controlled Environments

For organisations managing a large, defined group of Windows workstations, the Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 MAK – 1000 Users license provides a predictable, one-time procurement path without recurring subscription fees. This is a genuine, volume-style Multiple Activation Key (MAK) designed for a single application, PowerPoint 2021, across a 1000-user scope. It is a perpetual license for the desktop version of PowerPoint, offering a stable feature set that receives security updates throughout its lifecycle, making it ideal for IT-managed environments where version consistency, budget certainty, and administrative control are paramount. This product is for enterprises, educational institutions, and public sector bodies that need to equip a specific user group with a powerful presentation tool, without the overhead of a full Office suite or the continuous change management of a Microsoft 365 subscription. The core benefit is administrative clarity: a fixed deployment record, a known activation count, and a single, owned asset for a critical business application.

Key features and benefits

• Perpetual, One-Time License: Acquire the right to use PowerPoint 2021 permanently for your 1000-user scope. This eliminates the financial and administrative burden of monthly or annual subscription renewals, offering long-term budget predictability.
• Defined 1000-User MAK Deployment: The Multiple Activation Key (MAK) model is designed for volume activation against Microsoft's hosted activation services. It provides a clear, countable activation scope, distinct from KMS internal hosts or unlimited tenant subscriptions, giving you a precise deployment record from day one.
• Standalone Application Focus: This license covers only Microsoft PowerPoint 2021, not the full Office suite. This is a strategic advantage when a department, such as a sales team, training floor, or call centre, requires only a presentation tool, avoiding the cost and complexity of deploying unused applications like Access or Publisher.
• Stable, Fixed Feature Set: PowerPoint 2021 delivers a modernised feature set—including improved inking, replay, and enhanced media handling—in a perpetual release. This version stability simplifies helpdesk scripts, user training materials, and add-in compatibility testing, as the interface and functionality do not change with monthly updates.
• Modern Presentation Tools: Equip users with powerful features like the new Sketched Style outline for shapes, advanced SVG support, and a curated library of stock media. These tools enable the creation of professional, visually compelling sales decks, training modules, and internal briefings without needing external design resources.
• Familiar Desktop Application: Users work in the full, locally installed PowerPoint application they know, ensuring full offline access to files and maximum performance. This is not a web-browser version, providing the complete functionality required for complex animations, detailed charting, and precise layout work.
• Streamlined Administrative Control: The MAK key is a single, controlled asset. Administrators can manage the installation media, track activations, and securely store the key, creating a clear audit trail for software asset management and simplifying reinstallation requests.
• Broad Language Support: Deploy PowerPoint in the user's native language from a wide selection, including English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Polish, Dutch, and many more. This supports diverse, multinational teams from a single, centrally managed license asset.

What's included with your purchase

Your purchase provides everything needed for a compliant, 1000-user deployment of Microsoft PowerPoint 2021. You will receive a genuine Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 MAK (Multiple Activation Key), a detailed activation guide, and a link to download the official installation media directly from Microsoft's servers. A full, compliant VAT invoice is included with your order, suitable for business accounting and tax purposes.

This is a perpetual license for the 2021 version of the desktop application. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The license is valid for the supported lifecycle of the product. The MAK model allows a single key to activate multiple installations. Each activation consumes one unit from the key's total count, and the key is designed to cover your specified 1000-user scope. This is a volume license for a single application, distinct from a Retail license intended for a single user, an OEM key tied to a specific device, or a KMS key that requires a local server infrastructure. It provides a direct, internet-based activation path managed by your administrators.

FAQ — frequently asked questions

Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?

This is a one-time, perpetual license for Microsoft PowerPoint 2021. You pay once and own the right to use this specific version for its supported lifecycle. It is not a monthly or annual Microsoft 365 subscription.

What is a MAK key, and how is it different from a Retail or KMS key?

A MAK (Multiple Activation Key) is a volume license key used for one-time activation against Microsoft's hosted servers. A Retail key is for a single user, typically on one device. A KMS (Key Management Service) key requires your organisation to set up and maintain a local activation server. A MAK is ideal for organisations that need to activate many devices but do not have the infrastructure for a KMS host.

How fast will I receive my license key after purchase?

Our order processing is fully automated. In the vast majority of cases, the email containing your unique MAK, download link, and invoice is delivered in under 60 seconds after payment confirmation.

Is this a genuine and legally compliant Microsoft license?

Absolutely. Every license sold by Distivo is sourced from Microsoft's authorised European distribution network. You receive a 100% genuine, verified key and a full VAT invoice, ensuring complete legal compliance for your organisation.

What if my IT team has trouble activating the MAK?

We provide free, multilingual technical support to all our customers. If your administrators encounter any issues during the activation process, our expert team is available to help diagnose and resolve the problem quickly.

Can I reinstall or transfer this license to a new computer?

A perpetual license can be reinstalled and reactivated on the same device, for example, after an operating system reinstallation. The license is generally tied to the device it is first activated on and is not designed to be transferred between different devices.

Does this license work for my offices in multiple EU countries?

Yes. Your license is valid for activation on qualifying Windows devices in any of the 27 EU member states. This provides essential flexibility for organisations with a multinational presence within the European Union.

What payment methods does Distivo accept?

Our checkout is powered by Stripe, allowing you to pay securely with all major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, SEPA bank transfers, iDEAL, BLIK, and other popular European payment methods.

Will I receive a proper VAT invoice for my accounting department?

Yes, a detailed, compliant VAT invoice is generated automatically with your order and delivered alongside your license key. For eligible B2B customers within the EU, a reverse-charge mechanism is available.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14-day right of refund on all purchases, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations. This allows you to buy with confidence, knowing you have a clear path to a refund if the product does not meet your needs before activation.

Does this license include Word, Excel, or Outlook?

No. This is a standalone license for Microsoft PowerPoint 2021 only. It does not include any other Office applications. If your users require a full suite, an Office 2021 Standard, Professional Plus, or a Microsoft 365 plan would be a more suitable procurement choice.

Is this the same as the PowerPoint in Microsoft 365?

While the core application is similar, this is the perpetual, desktop-only PowerPoint 2021. It does not include the cloud-connected features, ongoing feature updates, or the 1 TB of OneDrive storage that come with a Microsoft 365 subscription. It offers a fixed feature set that does not change over time, which is often preferred in controlled IT environments.
